Send to Back & Bring to Front

Send to Back

       This command is use for objects. Let suppose we draw to box in Inpage file. A color is blue and the other is red. If we want to put blue box behind the red box. Select blue box go in Edit menu then click on Send to Back. Then blue box will become behind the red box.

Bring to Front

       Now we want to put blue box front of red box. Then select blue box and go in Edit menu and click on Bring to Front. Then blue box will become front of red box.

Find and Replace

      With the help of this command we can find specific words and replace them. In Edit Menu click Find And Replace then dialogue box will be appear. Type the text that you want to find in Find Text then click on Find Next then word will be select from your file. Now you want to replace new word on selected word then click on Replace With and write your word that you want to replace then click Find And Replace your word will be change. Then you have got a message that your word had been changed.

Duplicate, Clear, Select in Edit Menu

Duplicate

             With the help of this command we can make duplicate of object. Select object and go in Edit Menu then click Duplicate. One box appears where you have ask that duplicate make in Column or Row. You also put the quantity of Duplicate and Click OK.

Clear

         From this command we can clear text or object. Which text or object you want to delete select and go in Edit Menu then click Clear. Your require object or text will be deleted. Shortcut key of Clear is Del.

Select All

        With the help of this command we select all the data that exist in page including text or object. In Edit Menu Click Select All. Shortcut key is Ctrl+A.

Undo Text, Cut and Copy In Inpage

Undo Text

      With the help of this Command we can go back Just for one word. For example if we write something Like Rawalpindi then click Ctrl+Z  word I will be removed. Shortcut key is Ctrl+Z.

Cut

       This Command works like "Copy". But the difference is that when we cut the text then text disappeared. When we Click Paste then text appears. Shortcut key is  Ctrl+X.

Copy

        After selecting Text click Copy or Shortcut key Ctrl+C. You can paste text in Inpage File.

Print & Exit

Print

       From this command we can take Print of Inpage File. The shortcut key of Print is Ctrl+P.

Exit

       With the help of this command we can close Inpage Program. The shortcut key of Exit is Alt+F4.

Import & Export Pages in File Menu

Import

            with  the help of this command we Import File in Inpage.

Export Pages

           From this Command we can save Inpage File Eps or Gif format. For saving in Gif format go File Menu and click on Export Pages. Then a box will be opened.

    Now You click on Browse. After clicking one more box will be opened where you type File Name, Select Format, and Select location then click Save. From this way you can save Inpage file in Gif or Eps formats.

How to use Place option in Inpage

Place

         With the help of Place we can import graphic file and place it in Inpage File. Before Placing graphic file we select Arrow Tool and in File Menu Click Place. you have open one Dialogue Box. Select picture and Click Open. Now where you want to place picture then click Left of Mouse.
